Between the parents themselves, there is the lack of adequate performance of the duties where the mother or the father may act irresponsibly towards providing support for the family. Firstly, with regard to the scarcity of resources within a family set up, the members will focus on competition for these resources. The resulting consequence is conflict to the inequality in the allocation of these resources. This leads to low activity performance by the members. Naturally, the family like any other organization is bound to having limited scale of its resources.
